Abstract
New longitudinal analysis across 400 companies shows AI delivering 10–15% engineering velocity gains—far more modest than many leaders expect.
In this talk, DX CEO Abi Noda will share the details behind the data while discussing the nuances of measuring AI's impact on engineering velocity. He'll wrap up with lessons for leaders on how to set realistic expectations, watch for unwanted tradeoffs, and invest in broader SDLC and AI foundations.
