We’re headquartered in Salt Lake City with customers like Indeed, Etsy, Dropbox, Twilio, Pfizer, and Vanguard.

About the role

This role will be a key member of DX’s team as the first member of our Analytics team, sitting within Marketing. To address these questions, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyze a breadth of data types. This will include both primary and secondary research, creatively leveraging data from DX’s platform, and partnering with internal experts and with our customer community.

This role will require independent problem solving, action orientation, efficient execution, and a passion for delivering operational excellence in a growth setting. The ideal candidate has a passion for data analytics, storytelling, and foundation building with an eye towards building out infrastructure that will allow us to improve the processes through which we use this data on a regular basis. They should be a self-driven learner with an effective communication style and strong project management skills. Finally, as part of a quickly evolving team and company, this role provides a great growth opportunity with room to move upwards in our organization and help define our long-term trajectory.

  • Aid in marketing content creation for both internal and external audiences - including the opportunity to develop personal voice and platform through DX’s blog posts, videos, and speaking opportunities
