About the role

DX is looking for ambitious individuals interested in kicking off or growing their careers in tech. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up and prospecting of potential customers in your assigned territory. This isn’t a cold call center and we don’t treat you like a robot. You will have the freedom to experiment, be creative, and innovate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting Outbound and Inbound leads
  • Create new relationships, opportunities, and meetings with prospective businesses
  • Deliver an extraordinary experience for software engineering leaders throughout this process
  • Learn personalized outreach, social selling, and unique ways to provide value
  • Partner closely with account executives and marketing team

This role requires working out of our Salt Lake City office four days per week.

*Enterprise and Commercial BDR roles available *OTE ranges from $75k-$95k based on experience. Uncapped commission.
