Today DX welcomed Laura Tacho as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer. In her role, Laura will help further the products and insights that DX provides, and help our customers drive greater transformation and change through their DevEx programs.
We first connected with Laura a year ago after hearing her talk “What Dashboards Don’t Tell You” at LeadDev London. We discovered that we shared similar views on how to measure (and not measure) developer productivity, and excitement about the enormous opportunity to help organizations drive data-informed improvements.
Laura has spent the past several years helping organizations measure and improve developer productivity. Laura’s clients have included over 300 engineering leaders at companies like GitHub, Apple, and Pfizer. Laura also previously led engineering and product organizations at CloudBees and Nova Credit.
“I’ve spent the last decade of my career showing up for development teams and helping them be more effective, whether it’s through better automation, better tooling, or better leadership,” Laura said. “Helping teams bring amazing developer experience to life with DX is a perfect next chapter to this story, and I’m excited for the adventures to come with the DX team.”
Welcome, Laura!
