About the role

We looking for an experienced designer to join the product team at Senior or Staff level. This role is responsible for delivering the highest level of polish, creativity and interaction on DX. You will work across the DX product, shaping the future of our platform.

Our product team is extremely small and we aim to keep it that way. This means that each person on our team carries significant weight and responsibility, and must ship a lot. In return, we have great compensation, zero bureaucracy, little to no meetings, and the opportunity to immensely impact the business each day.

Our team is mostly based out of Salt Lake City, so candidates must have at least 5-hours of overlap with Mountain Time zone. We also appreciate candidates who live in Utah or are interested in relocating (most of our team members are transplants).

What makes a great fit

• Depth and quality of your experience is more important than years. That said, successful candidates typically have at least 5+ years of development experience.
• Strong programming skills, experience with application development, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Skills and understanding on graphic design (layout, typography, color, illustration).
• Perfectionism with the experience (polish, readability, accessibility, performance).
• Experience working in or with Software as a Service (SaaS) companies.
