About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and knows how to find and plan top-performing talent. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our organization by hiring the next wave of movers and shakers. This role will primarily focus on hiring across our go-to-market teams, especially in the Salt Lake City area, while also supporting key hires across engineering and operations. You’ll work closely with DX’s leaders to build high-impact, high-velocity teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting process
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, hiring goals, and what success looks like
- Source and engage top talent, especially those with SaaS and startup experience
- Seamlessly switch between recruiting for high-volume positions and senior/director level positions
- Guide candidates through a fast-paced process with a high-touch experience
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles as we scale into new markets and verticals
- Collaborate with People Ops to create processes to reduce time-to-hire, and increase pipeline conversion
- Occasionally, hosting and organizing recruiting events
About You
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
- You’ve built strong candidate pipelines in the Salt Lake City area
- Have experience hiring for GTM and technical roles (CSMs, AEs, SDRs, Engineers)
- Proven track record of hiring high-impact candidates that thrive in their roles
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, with a history of sourcing passive candidates
- Impeccable verbal & written communication skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
- You care about quality and fit—you don’t just fill roles, you find future DXers
- Are a LinkedIn Recruiter power user
