About the role

We’re hiring a Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to help us scale pipeline generation by building better systems, processes, and reporting across our go-to-market engine. You’ll own the connective tissue between marketing, SDRs, and sales—ensuring data is clean, leads flow properly, and everyone has what they need to perform at a high level. We’re not interested in just keeping the lights on—we’re building scalable, intelligent systems that help our teams work faster and convert more effectively. You’ll have the authority to design, optimize, automate, and implement solutions that create real business impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM including lead routing, opportunity management, and reporting
  • Configure and maintain email automation workflows and customer journey mapping
  • Oversee advertising platform integrations and conversion tracking across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track marketing and sales performance
  • Implement marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and attribution modeling
  • Manage data hygiene, deduplication, and system integrations between platforms
  • Support campaign operations, A/B testing infrastructure, and conversion optimization
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to identify and solve operational challenges

  • Has a track record of excellence in previous roles
  • At least 2 years of experience in a role focused on marketing or sales operations

Bonus points for…

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Proficiency in advertising platform APIs and conversion tracking setup
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools like Tableau, Looker, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with Zapier, SQL, or other integration and automation tools
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and marketing attribution models
