Docebo selects DX for developer intelligence

Docebo, a leading AI-powered learning platform, relies on its engineering team of over 140 to drive innovation and scale the product. As Docebo grew, leadership struggled to measure and understand how effectively the organization was operating. Prior to DX, Docebo relied on in-house surveys and manual data collection. Engineering leaders could compare developers’ perceptions with metrics, uncovering previously inaccessible insights. DX’s platform flexibility allowed them to customize metrics like lead time for changes to align with their specific workflows.

Using DX, Docebo was able to achieve 100% response rates for self-reported data collection. “The 100% participation rate was a turning point,” Vadori said. “It showed developers trusted the platform, which gave us confidence in the data.” Vadori added, “DX doesn’t just collect data; it creates clarity. It’s become a cornerstone of our efforts to enhance productivity.”

Thanks to DX, engineering leaders now systematically address pain points and make data-driven decisions that drive meaningful improvements across teams.
