UKG enables engineering managers with DX data to drive AI impact

As AI adoption accelerates across engineering organizations, UKG recognized that access to tools alone wasn’t enough. Engineering managers needed visibility into how teams were using AI and whether that adoption was translating into better delivery outcomes.

To support this, UKG built Manager AI Adoption Scorecards using DX data. The scorecards combine AI usage patterns, TrueThroughput, and spend awareness to help managers understand adoption, identify trends, and support their teams more effectively.

Early analysis showed broad AI adoption across the engineering organization and increased throughput across teams. The scorecards also gave managers a shared framework for discussing AI usage, adoption, and impact.
